Easy Egg and Salami Frittata for Your Evening Snack

For those wondering, egg frittata is an Italian dish. They are fluffy, oozing with cheese and julienned veggies. I love sprinkling in some herbs for that snappy flavor in each bite.

Ingredients

– Olive Oil – Salt – Pepper – Coriander Leaves – Eggs – Carrots – Cabbages

Wash your veggies well and pat them dry using a kitchen towel. Once they are ready, start chopping!

Instructions

Crack two eggs in a bowl and whisk them vigorously. For this recipe, your eggs need a liquid-creamy texture.

For this recipe, I prefer salami and got myself some herb and pepper slices to spice up my dish! Cutting up salami takes but a few minutes.

Heat your pan on medium flame and throw in a quarter-cup of instant oats when the pan is hot enough.

Use that same pan to heat some oil on low heat. You can sprinkle some dried herbs like parsley, and a pinch of chili flakes to flavor this oil.
