This konjac noodle stirfry takes the cake for minimalism. It doesn’t get much lower than 4 ingredients. 

This quick, low calorie recipe for anyone who needs an easy to make meal or a guilt-free midnight snack.


– Chopped leeks – Oyster sauce – Garlic – Konjac noodles – Cooking oil

Unpack your noodles and drain the water. Leave the noodles to soak in hot water while you prepare the rest of your ingredients.


Take about two or three inches of a leek and chop it finely.

Set your wok or pan on the stove and turn the stove to high heat. Wait for your pan to heat up for about 3 minutes.

Add cooking oil and allow it to get hot. Meanwhile, peel 3 cloves of garlic and chop them finely.

Toss your garlic in and sauté until it browns. Turn your stove to low heat. Add your leeks.
