With many artists taking the flashy route to establish a thrilling atmosphere, fans are all too happy to spend hundreds, if not thousands, to see their favorite artists.

As of April, 2023, Here are the top 10 highest-grossing tours of all time, according to Forbes.

Sir Elton John’s “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” Tour – $853 million

Iconic singer-songwriter Sir Elton John’s tour “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” began in 2018 and is coming to an end this July.

Ed Sheeran’s “÷” (Divide) Tour – $776 million

The “÷” Tour was English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran’s third world tour, and took place from 2017-2019. 

U2’s “U2 360°” Tour – $736 million

U2 went on their “U2 360°” Tour from 2009-2011, for their 2009 album “No Line on the Horizon,” playing in North America, Europe, Oceania, Africa, and South America.

Guns N’ Roses’ – “Not in This Lifetime” Tour – $584 million

Guns N’ Roses went on the “Not in This Lifetime” Tour, playing 175 shows over the course of three years.

Mick Jagger, Ronnie Wood, Charlie Watts, and Keith Richards of The Rolling Stones went on “A Bigger Bang Tour” from 2005-2007.

The Rolling Stones’ “A Bigger Bang Tour” – $558 million
